ORDERS


1.How long will it take for my order arrive?

Orders typically take 24 business hours (Mon-Fri) to process. The transit time after that depends on which shipping option you select at checkout and where you are in the world:

U.S.

Overnight (Next Business Day)

Standard (15-25 Business Days)

*Please note that due to covid-19 we are experiencing slight shipping and fulfillment delays that could cause your order taking an additional 3-5 business days to arrive than planned*

Rest of World:

The transit time for any order shipped outside of the U.S. can be anywhere from 16-26 business days, depending on what country the package is shipped to. (please note due to covid-19 causing global freight delays international packages could temporarily experience longer than normal shipping times)

Our warehouse is closed for some holidays and orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and unfortunately, we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

2.Can you ship to my country?

We can ship our products to almost every country and can offer a free shipping service for most of them.

We do not ship to: Chinese mainland, South Sudan, Yemen, Crimea, and Syria.

4.Why didn't I rececive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?

4. Can I choose a delivery date /time?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time. but if you have any question about delivery date, you can contact us at [email protected].

5. How much does shipping cost?

6. I can see that the status of my order shows "Delivered", but I have not received my parcel. What can I do?

Below are some steps and suggestions on how you can solve this issue:

  • Check if the shipping address of your order is correct;
  • Ask your neighbors, relatives , friends or your local post office if they have received the parcel on your behalf;

All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Our store cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

7. Why has my credit card been declined?

Please ensure that your card details and personal information have been entered correctly. Below are some of the most common reasons for why your credit card was declined:

- You did not honor your credit card issuing bank;

- The funds in your card are not sufficient to complete your purchase;

- You are buying restricted items, like e-cigarettes or adult toys;

- The card has expired or the new card has not been activated yet;

- System section time-out;

- Your card has been stolen or is lost;

Can’t see the credit card option? Payments with a credit card are only activated for specific countries our intermediaries operate in. If you can not use a credit card, you can still select other payment methods, like PayPal.

We do not have access to your credit card information, and thus we suggest you complete the transaction with another credit card or payment method if the problem persists.

8. Why does my tracking show "Not Found"? Why do I see no updates in the tracking information of my order?

If your order is shipped with Air Mail Register, its tracking information should be updated 3-7 days after its shipment. If the shipping method you selected is DHL or other express services, you should be able to track your order 2-3 days after its shipment. Please rest assured that a delayed update on the tracking of your order does not usually affect its delivery.

9. Where are your warehouse located in?

It is based in Hongkong, but we have a network of warehouses in Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America.


PRODUCT INFO


1.How do I care for my item?

To ensure the garment's longevity please be sure to machine wash cold, and tumble dry low. We also recommend that after the first wash you allow the garment to air dry, just to be safe. PLEASE NOTE: If the item is pieced or multi-colored we do recommend the first few washes being done by hand to help prevent bleeding. To save water and energy, we also ask that you only wash when absolutely needed. Our store and the rest of planet Earth thanks you :)

2.How can I tell what size I am?

Our clothes fit true to size. To find out how an item fits, consult our size and fit notes on all of our product pages. If you need additional help, email us at

PAYMENT


1.Do I need to pay import taxes and duties?

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.

We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Our store can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.

2.What forms of payment do you accept?

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

1. With PayPal, you can send payments quickly and securely online.
2. Through PayPal, you can pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.
3. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment.

PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD

The available credit card options are listed above. The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase.

Please note that our store does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.
